All fine, but service slow

Had a great time with friends! The hotel is perfect for exploring the area. We went to the nearby Fairmont and enjoyed their pool. Visited some cool shops. The location is a huge plus, making it easy to get around. Rooms were nice and super comfy for relaxing after a day out. Definitely recommend it for a fun group getaway!

One downside was dealing with lost items. We had a minor issue with housekeeping not being very helpful when we mislaid something. It was frustrating to feel like there was no serious search.
